We guide organizations towards racial equity, justice, and inclusion.

What we offer:

REAL Consulting provides innovative custom learning solutions for individuals, various non-profit, corporate, and government organizations, as well as outdoor industry stakeholders. Custom modules are created to meet your organization’s goals and budget.

We are also the co-creators of the Angling for All Pledge in partnership with Brown Folks Fishing. The Angling for All Pledge establishes a benchmark for learning and a commitment to addressing racism and inequality in fishing and its industry.

Custom modules include but not limited to:

  • Ongoing consulting services for guidance and feedback

  • Developing team culture and language to smoother communication and collaboration

  • Workshops and Online learning

All sessions will be adjusted in format to comply with CDC Recommendations of COVID-19 protocols.

Who we are:

We intentionally weave our experiences as Indigenous and Black Women into our curriculum, as we believe that a hallmark of racism is the erasure and invalidation of marginalized peoples’ perspectives; by sharing our stories we are actively resisting the perpetuation of harmful systems of oppression. What is to be gained from our workshops is entirely dependent upon participants’ willingness to step into a new paradigm of engaging with the world.
